The management reserves the right to modify the prices in case of any taxe changes (VAT, taxes ...).

Herewith we would like to inform you that the City Council of San Felice del Benaco (local government) on 31/01/12 approved the law concerning the application of the tourist tax. The tourist tax will be imposed on a maximum period which runs from April 1 to October 31.
Are exempt from paying the tourist tax as following:
* Children under 14 years
* The bus drivers who provide assistance to groups organized by travel agencies
* Handicapped person, with proper medical certification and the person who assist them

For outdoor facilities like campsites and tourist villages of 4 stars (as Camping Eden), the amount of the tourist tax will be Euro 0.60 per person per night.

The tax must be paid upon arrival during the check-in in cash.

Extra charge for booking of a pitch/accommodation with a specific number: Euro 20,00 (if available)

The prices are per night till 12.00 a.m. on the campsite and 9.00 a.m. for chalets and mobile homes.
The reservation is valid only after the payment of a deposit. Within 7 days from the day of the booking a copy of the payment has to be sent to the campsite by fax or e-mail, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
The payment of the holiday is on arrival with confirmation regarding the date of departure. For the days booked but not used no money will be refunded.
The emplacements are suitable for caravans with a max. length of 5,5 metres.
Minimum stay 3 nights in low and mid season, 7 nights in high season. In high season we accept the reservations for chalets and mobile homes only from Saturday till Saturday.
Payment only in cash, bank draft or traveller's cheque. We do not accept credit- bank- or debit cards.

Visitor's tariff: € 10,00 in the period I.,II. and € 15,00 in the period III., IV. per day per person.

The bracelets are obligatory. Electronic access card for the barrier: € 20,00 deposit.

It's possible to book bed linen in advance. Set for double bed: Euro 23,00 ; set for single bed: Euro 17,00. The linen sets contain 2 sheets and pillow case. Pillows and blankets are provided in the accommodations. Towels are not available.
It's possible to hire bed linen in advance,too. Set for double bed: Euro 12,00 ; set for single bed: Euro 8,00. Deposit for the rent of bed linen: Euro 50,00.

a) On receipt of the booking proposal within 7 days must be remitted the deposit of Euro 220,00. From this amount Euro 20,00 will be retained as booking charge, the remainder will be deducted from the total amount due. By paying the deposit, customers automatically agree to comply with the present booking regulations.
b) In case of cancellation written notice must be given to us 40 days before the date of the arrival. In this case the deposit will be refunded withholding € 20,00 + the expenses of the refund and the booking charge of Euro 20,00.
c) In case of late arrival the management will keep the reserved emplacement or accommodation until 12.00 a.m. of the following day. Customers are however kindly requested to inform the management about any delay. No money will be refunded in case of late arrival or anticipated departure.
d) The whole booked and confirmed period (included the people registered at the arrival) must be paid, even if customer shorten their stay. For every reserved day booked but not used the customers will be charged.
e) The emplacement or accommodation will be allocated by the management. The management will do all possible to allocate the emplacement or accommodation in the area indicated by the customer, but cannot garantee the booking of a specific pitch or accomodation.
